The English Star's Rxs For Looking Younger!

Look Younger Like The Women of England!

There's an interesting post on the site Dailymail.co/uk, it's a tabloid/newspaper
and it's managed by Piers Morgan. Yes, that Piers Morgan.
The post is about aging, more specifically-aging in Hollywood.

The story asserts that English stars like Julie Walters, Honor Blackman,
Joanna Lumley, Helen Mirren, Dame Judi Dench and Jane Seymour
have aged better than their cosmetic loving American sisters like

Goldie Hawn, Jessica Lange, Meg Ryan, Kim Novak and Dolly Parton.
There is some truth to it, start getting injections, fillers and
cosmetic procedures starting in your late 30's and by your early
50's your looks may be ruined for good.

But not in jolly old England, the stars listed above have all said no thanks
to fillers, injections and scalpels and look a heck of a lot better.
So, what can we attribute this to?
The English upbringing, parenting, values, or the black tea.
Yes, you're reading it right, as we mentioned in a past column or two, drinking 2

or more cups of black tea a day can do a number of things to benefit
your health and looks, and if you're not sure what these benefits are--
head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store and look for see title

down below.
Download it and learn how not only black tea, but white tea, eggplant,
plums, grapes, wine and hard cheese can also help you slash
5, 7 or even more yrs. off of your actual age.

And one last tip:
If you're in a supermarket or drugstore and ready to check out,

look for the Sept. 14th edition of Woman's World magazine.
Why?
There's a great story featuring ageless wonder and
English woman Jane Seymour inside.
Ms. Seymour reveals the 12 foods that help her
feel and look 20 yrs. younger than her 64 yrs.

Good Luck!

The Asian Superfood Rx For All-Over Health!

                            Eat More Soy Sauce!

Are you a fan of Chinese cooking? How about  a fan of soy sauce?
Well, believe it or not, the salty condiment can actually boost your health.

Yes, the stuff you pour on stir-fried chicken or shrimp or vegetables
to give it a salty boost can improve your health in a number of ways.

Going back centuries, the Chinese believed that certain colored foods
and liquids complement particular parts of the body,
for instance red foods- the heart and its well being,

and black foods like soy sauce- the kidneys.
And as for the particular way soy sauce complements your health--
it decreases free-radical damage throughout the body which means
lowers odds of getting some cancers, diabetes, memory problems,
heart disease and the slowing down of aging, (your body and face).

Soy sauce contains 2 antioxidant-rich powerhouses: fermented soy beans
and molasses, and both of these things can boost allover health.

So, if you're looking for another weapon to fight off aging, look no further
than soy sauce.
And for those who may have to avoid it due to the salt,

look for Brewed soy salt, (and remember not to add salt to
dishes) or just look for low-sodium soy sauce.

And one last tip:
If you're interested in more ways colored foods affect your health,
head on over to Amazon.com/the kindle store and look for
see title to the right, download it or borrow it.
It was written by 2 women who regularly send us great information
on living longer and healthier lives.
The E-book only deals with 2 colored food categories,
black and white, and that's more than enough if
longer living and anti-aging are important to you.
That's it- and always remember, All Foods Matter.
Thank -You!

Good Luck!

Russia's Game Rx To Reduce Cravings!

Reduce Cravings With A Video Game!

When one thinks of cravings for heavy foods, cigarettes and alcohol, what country comes
to mind.
If you said the U.S. England or Russia, you're right.
But today- we're focusing on Russia.

Russia has had the reputation of a hard drinking and cigarette loving country
for some time.
And if you're from one of the above mentioned countries or from somewhere
else and have these bad habits, perhaps some Russians can help you stop them.
Russians, help me stop my cravings?
Yes, the Russians and they can help you stop these habits with a video game.
A video game? Yes.

In the news about 4 days ago, the video game Tetris can help those who
overindulge in food, drink or smoke.
And the Russian connection?
Some Russians developed the falling block video game about 30 yrs. ago.
Researchers say that focusing on the blocks engages the visual part
your brain stopping you from imagining food--cutting cravings by
25%. And the game can also weaken your cravings for cigarettes
and alcohol.
So, if you've tried hypnosis,  prayer or gone cold turkey to no avail,
perhaps a video game might be all of the medicine (or therapy)
you need.
Your Rx: Play Tetris for free, download TetrisBlitz to your cellphone or
go to FreeTetris.org on your personal computer.

Good Luck!

Belgium's Rx For Cheaper Healthcare!

                                        Cheaper Healthcare For Everyone!

The debate rages on, what debate is that?
Who makes the better chocolate?
Is it the Swiss? Or the Austrians? Or the French?
Or do the Belgiums  make the best chocolate?
Well, that debate will never be settled here, so let's move on to the next question...

Can chocolate improve your health?
In a word, Yes.
And thanks to years of research, eating some each day will...
* improve heart health
* prevent vision loss, (especially late night vision)
* help you develop a "super" memory
* extend your life by 5 or more yrs.
So, if you or a loved one is still undecided as to whether or not you should
be eating more dark chocolate, the benefits listed above should make it crystal clear.
And if you need more convincing, perhaps some fashion choices will help change your mind.
Fashion choices?
Yes, if you're still not sure how corn on the cob, avocados, black beans,
and dark chocolate can improve your health, this type of fashion will
put all of those questions to rest.
The fashion, T-shirts and tote bags.
That's right, we here at NRFATW have decided to get into the healthcare game,
no- not with overpriced and potentially dangerous medications.
Our way of helping: Placing the benefits of some of your favorite health foods
on bags and T-shirts.
Still, not convinced?

The Pub Rxs For Better Health!

                        A Pint For Better Health!

When one thinks of pubs what thoughts usually come to mind?
Out-of-control men, fights and vomiting.
But like most things that are usually deemed "bad for you"
pubs can bolster your health... how?

In moderation, beer can do a number of things to improve your
health, things like...
a) keep your bones strong

b) keep hair thick and luxurious
c) lower odds of getting type-2 diabetes
d) keep your mind in tip-top shape, beer helps keep plaque
 from attaching to brain cells.
And the 2 latest discoveries...

e) Lower Cancer Rates-
Beer helps kill at least 60 different types of cancer cells on contact,
including the ones that cause ovarian, colon, uterine and breast

cancers. The hops in beer kill the cancer cells.
f) Beat Summer Heat-

If Summer fatigue is getting to you, drink a beer or two and overcome it.
The antioxidants in beer improve insulin sensitivity inside muscle
and brain cells. This helps the cells quickly soak up and use energizing
glucose for fuel.
So, if you had a negative opinion about pubs, remember this post,
and think of all of the good a pint (only 1) can do for you.

Good Luck!
