Avoid Bone Loss!
As one ages the fear of losing sight, mobility, hearing and thinking abilities become
major concerns.
Another major concern as we age is bone loss, aka Osteoporosis.
But, it doesn't have to be that way, you can avoid it if you do some simple things.
Things like...
*stay active
* lift weights (even jugs with coins in them, count)
* eat bone -enhancing foods like plums, pecorino cheese
onions, dark choc. mustard, fish and drink beer)
* Or do like your brothers and sisters from Tuscany,
Sicily and Rome do.
What is that?
Eat more tomatoes. No, not red tomatoes.
The red variety do offer some health benefits, like...protection from
the Sun (a natural sunscreen) an appetite suppressant, and help
you live about 5 to 8 yrs. younger.
But the tomato we're talking about is unripened and still green.
Yes, if you're a fan of green tomatoes, then you're in luck.
Thanks to new research, green tomatoes have special compounds in them
that keep bones strong well into old age.
And they seem to work better than the foods (and beverage) mentioned above.
So, are you willing to eat more green tomatoes for stronger bones?
If so, make sure to prepare them in a way that doesn't hinder or harm
your health. No deep frying in oil and covered with white flour.
Go online and look for alternatives to all of that oil and all of that
flour.
That's it- and don't forget to check out more great info on living
longer and improving your quality of life using only natural methods.
