The Italian Food Rx To Prevent Bone Loss!

Mexico's Rx To End Headache Pain!

That's right- Beans have been a staple of the Mexican people for hundreds
of years. Although beans are popular in most Latin American countries,
black beans are preferred by the people of Mexico.
And that's a good thing, because if you or a loved is a victim of frequent headaches,
a black bean burrito may be the only cure you need.
Read on for a good black bean burrito recipe and the benefits
of each ingredient.

Ingredients:
Black Beans- Rich in amino acids, they can help reduce headache pain
by 50%.
Garlic- Another staple in Spanish cooking, it's a top source of magnesium,
a mineral that can slash cluster headaches by 40%.
Tomato Salsa- contains vitamin A, not enough vitamin A can lead to tiredness,
a headache trigger.
Olive Oil-Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which decrease headache-producing
anxiety.
Whole-Wheat Tortillas-The carbs in the tortillas help prevent the serotonin

meantime. heat 2 whole-wheat tortillas (follow the package direction) Divide bean
mixture and place some on each tortilla. Finish up the burrito by putting on some
sour cream, roll up and spread a little tomato salsa on top and serve.
Makes 2 servings.

the "black bean burrito" and don't forget to eat right, avoid the trans fats,
bad carbs and the "other not good for you foods."
